Ashley & Victoria is a contemporary women’s apparel store located at 33 Deer St. in Portsmouth. Owner Terri Beyer talked to Runway Ready about the boutique and how she prepares for the spring thaw. Runway Ready: Can you give us a brief history of Ashley & Victoria? Terri Beyer: I purchased the store in 2006 from my friend and A&V founder Rebecca Burke.
