The juvenile alleged that Friedow then placed his hand under the teen s clothing and touched his genitalia. According to documents, Friedow admitted to touching the victim s upper thigh and leg, but only to awaken him. Several foreign exchange students have been listed as state witnesses in the case, according to court documents. It is known that two exchange students were living with Friedow in September, according to a Summit story about Friedow and his work with students.
