Tandy Brands Accessories names Mackey as financial chief
BOSTON, Dec. 10, 2007 (Thomson Financial delivered by Newstex) — Tandy Brands Accessories (NASDAQ:TBAC) Inc. said Monday it named M.C. Mackey as chief financial officer. Mackey most recently served as a partner with the executive services and consulting company, Tatum Partners. The company said Mackey will be responsible for all areas of finance for Tandy Brands and will report directly to Britt Jenkins, president and chief executive.
Shares of Tandy Brands, the Arlington, Texas-based fashion accessories designer, closed Friday at $8.97. The stock is down about 23.5% on the year.
