What’s the worst part of the job?
“I graduated college with a business management degree in 1987. I then worked for Hanover Insurance for a while. I got out of the insurance business and I apprenticed for a woman who would custom-design wedding gowns. I was also a flight attendant based out of San Francisco for three years. It was a wonderful experience. But I’ve always loved sewing. After I got married, I stayed at home with the kids until the youngest was in second grade.
This combined my business background with a love for fashion. There seemed to be a void in this area.
